Lemon + Lettuce

As we approach the official onset of winter, I have begun to long for green, growing things. And I remember that last year I filled a few otherwise cold and dark evenings painting a small, bright still life. Since that time, I have indulged in several projects which incorporate fresh edibles, many of which were created for a collective blog project The Vegetable of the Month Club. I look forward to this great excuse to purchase and prepare many more growing things in the months to come!
